This organization was created to bring closer the descendants of Wilford Emery, along with providing a common area where family information can be shared.

Wilford was born a son of Adam Emery on January 23, 1818 in Culpepper County, West Virginia, and died February 23, 1913 in Spruce Creek, Richie County, West Virginia.

Wilford was first married to Christie Ann Geho April 3, 1840, and they had 14 children.  Then, on March 30, 1880, he married Mary Malissa Ferguson, with whom he had 9 children.
